1. Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we do. We understand online shopping can be challenging and orders may be incorrect once shipped. We are happy to accommodate exchanges made on any unopened and unused products in order to receive the correct item(s).
2. What is your exchange policy?
We can only make exchanges on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. In order to protect our clients, we follow strict public health safety regulations and hygiene which human hair is considered so we cannot make exchanges if the package has been opened, tampered or worn.
3. I received the wrong order, can I exchange it?
If you receive a product that is different from your invoice, we will make an exchange and pay for shipping. We'll issue a return merchandise authorization form(RMA) to include with returned item. Merchandise must be unopened, accompanied with the original invoice RMA form and returned within 30 days of delivery in order to receive correct product(s). We maintain positive relationships with our customers and accept full responsibility for mistakes that may occur on our end.
4. Am I responsible for the shipping cost of my exchange?
If you receive a product that is different from your invoice, the company will pay shipping costs for the exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping for any other exchange.
5. When will I exchange my new order after my exchange?
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Your new order will ship out once returned merchandise clears our inspection process.
6. Do I contact you first before my exchange?
Yes. We must be contacted before any exchanges can be issued. We have to verify the RMA information and the tracking of your return in order to make the exchange.
