- What is your refund/return policy?
At Jolie Cheveux we are happy to help with any refund or return that you may have, we believe in our customers satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and rarely experience refunds/returns. We gladly accept the refund/ return of product(s) that have not been opened and it is in the originial packaging.
- Can the hair be returned once opened?
Unfortunately once opened refunds are not possible because the hair industry has labeled human hair as a hygiene product. To protect the public health of our customers we cannot issue refunds/returns if the hair has been opeened, worn or tampered.
- How does the refund process work?
Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone within 30 days of purchase and explain the reason for your refund. Contact must be made within 30 days of purchase in order for refunds to be process in a timely manner. A Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) must be filled out and included with return, product has to be in original packaging, copy of receipt, along with unopened and unused product. All of these items must be included in order to process refund. Once order passes our return product inspection procedure the refund is then processed and issued. Please label package as “RETURN” to avoid any lost or stolen packages we are not resposible if this happens. A tracking number is advised to make sure we receive your return.
- Who pays the shipping fees for returned products?
The customer is responsible for fees associated with the returned shipped item(s) for a refund unless our company is at fault.
- How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
- How long does the refund take?
Once the product has been returned,received and processed, it can take up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to receive your refund.
- Can I return a product without contacting you?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds/returns on products without prior communication.
